25 Words works on a pay once, use forever basis. Therefore, there is no recurring subscription and no annual or monthly fee. You are welcome to use it as often as you wish.
As we have mentioned elsewhere, we have tried to minimise the cost for small business operators. If we were to make the videos downloadable, we would need to increase our prices significantly to ensure that copies weren’t being created and distributed illegally.
Your username is your email address. Realistically, we can’t stop you sharing your login details, however, we’d be pretty disappointed if you did that. We have kept our prices low to help small businesses. As a small business ourselves, we would like to think that you would play fair.
All prices shown on this web site are in Australian dollars. If you purchase outside of Australia, your financial institution will perform the appropriate conversion to your local currency.
Our first series will be 25 Words for Small Business. There will be a second Small Business series released during 2026. Our next planned topic is Podcasting – 25 words about how to produce your own podcast. At this point, we have no concrete plans for any other series – if you have a suggestion, please let us know vis our Contact page.
